Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time. Monitoring continues only through the entitled paid period unless a refund ends access earlier.

Seven-day first-charge refund

Request a refund from the dashboard using the same email used at Checkout within seven days of the first charge. The system cancels the subscription and refunds the eligible charge automatically. Processing fees from the original payment may not be returned to us by Stripe.

Disputes, duplicate charges, or requests outside the published window enter the exception queue.
