PriceFloor Watch is a monitoring utility for customer-supplied public product URLs. It does not provide legal advice, reseller authorization findings, marketplace discovery, guaranteed page compatibility, or enforcement services.

Customer responsibilities

You must have a legitimate business reason to monitor each URL and provide accurate price-floor and currency settings. You may not use the service to access private systems, evade controls, harass a seller, or make unsupported legal claims.

Availability

Web pages change and may block automated access. An unverifiable result is not evidence of compliance or noncompliance. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the prior three months to the extent permitted by law.
